Not exactly positive or negative -- sort of "more of the same".
I pretty doubt "Autechre is again following its path in its unique,
inimitable way."
However. It's as if they used lots of old samples. And stuff from mira
calix (I don't like a single calix track). And all in all I see no
development. To me: Their weakest album by far.

I'm at the opposite end of the spectrum. To me, it's their best since LP5.
Not to take anything away from Confield and Draft but there's a different
vibe to Untilted that I didn't get off the previous two albums.
There's a real Gescom feel to Untilted as well, Sublimit especially. It
wouldn't have sounded out of place on Issa.
Obviously there's a novelty factor here as well, so in a few months time I
might revisit the above statments and think that Confield is their best
effort. But at present Untilted wins by quite a margin.
